Pattern Description:

This loose fitting, lined vest with kimono style band fits and flatters most figures.  Versatile for all seasons depending on fabric choices, the pattern provides good opportunity for decorative embellishment such as piecing, quilting, hand sashiko, machine embroidery, and decorative closures.  The vest can be made with either inseam or patch pockets.  Try quilting the yoke using a flannel inner layer for an especially cozy garment.
