This quilt has 3 flowers and leaf/stems placed in an asymmetrical setting. Only 6 fabrics and very simple piecing make this quilt fast and easy. The flowers and leaf/stems were fused and then edge-stitched with a machine blanket stitch.

BAMBOO

Decorate your home with this lovely Bamboo wall hanging.  The cutting and piecing to make this wall hanging is really fast, and the edge stitching for the fused appliqué shapes can be done by hand or machine.  Samples are shown in three different colors - The blue one was first with a scrappy background. The purple and the green samples have one background for all the blocks. Finished Size: 36-1/2" x 52-1/2"

DRIFTING

This runner or wall hanging uses wool or wool felt in the center. The black sample was quilted by machine and the purple one was quilted by hand. Both use sheer fabric for two of the leaves. You can burn the edges of the sheer leaves to keep them from fraying or fuse them with Esteriata Austen's Misty Fuse. The purple quilt sample has beaded rattail for stems.  Quilt: 17" x 42"
