We ship all
over most of the world. If you live outside of the USA
and would like to order from us, simply choose the
shipping option that pertains to your country. If
you are thinking of placing an international,
please read this carefully!
International orders vary per order since the shipping
charges are based on the weight of the package.
We will ship your international order using Global
Priority or Air Parcel Post depending on the most
economical and expedient method to get your parcel to
you. All
international orders have a $2.50 handling
charge.
Our shipping charges do not include any customs fess or
taxes. All customs taxes and fees are to be paid by the
recipient -
please see below.
International Custom Fees, Import Taxes, Duties and
Other Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees,
import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your
government. The Shibori Dragon does not
charge these fees, and we have no advance knowledge of
or control over the amount of the fees. All
such fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and
are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you
during your purchase, either online or via telephone.
Please contact your customs office for information about
additional fees that may apply. If you refuse delivery
on a package, you are responsible for the return
shipping costs, as well as any outstanding duties, fees,
tariffs or taxes.
The
Shibori Dragon reserves the right to not ship to certain
countries at our discretion. We ship to the United
States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand
and many other countries. If you would like to know our
policy on a particular country not listed above please
feel free to ask us by sending an email to

your name, country shipping to and postal code.
We do
not ship to the following countries/regions: GHANA,
NIGERIA,
RUSSIA, and the Middle East (except when sending to an APO
or other USA military address). The Shibori Dragon
reserves the right to not ship to certain countries
and/or regions at our discretion. If you would like to

SHIPPING
TIMES
Here is an estimate of how long it will take for you to
receive an order from the time that your order ships. We
try to ship all orders within 1 - 3 business day
from the time an order is received. If there is any
further delay in shipment, other than an item noted as
out of stock on our website, we will contact you of the
possible delay.
APO's - Approximately 5 - 10 business days from the
date that your order ships. These orders are always
shipped via United States Postal Service.
AUSTRALIA
& NEW ZEALAND - Approximately 5-7 business days
from the date that your order ships. These orders hipped
via United States Postal Service.
CANADA - Approximately 2 - 6 business days from the
date that your order ships depending on your location in
proximity to Lakewood, Washington USA. These orders are
shipped United States Postal Service.
UK - Approximately 4 - 7 business days from the date that
your order ships. These orders are shipped via United
States Postal Service.
Except in
rare occasions, we do not ship via UPS.
Note: We do not gift wrap international orders due to
strict Customs regulations.
