A flattering, loose-fitting short sleeve top, vest and wrap skirt is great in crisp linen, cottons, stable knits or soft drapey fabrics like rayon.  The top and vest are easily fitted with bust darts in the front seams.  The wrap skirt has feminine curved lines and is open at the side front or can be stitched closed with a zipper option.
