PANEL VEST AND SKIRT

A great pieced skirt and vest pattern design.
The skirt has a loose free hanging pocket and flattering front
flap over a fitted yoke. Design
options include a full skirt variation with an additional flap
detailing the skirt. The
straight skirt can also be cut on the bias.
The vest is a princess line for easy fitting and an optional
front flap for decorative detailing and design play.
Directions are included for turning the pocket into a purse.
