This is a short jacket with a nice swing to the hemline - flattering and feminine. The cover model is from quilt cottons, lined in quilt cotton and inner-lined with muslin. For a softer effect, use linens, rayons, blends, etc. The optional inner-lining will add additional body, but can be left out for a flowing finished garment. One Size

The neckline has a stand in the back which curves down to a V-Neck, meeting in the center front and fits nicely under blouses with standard collars. 	QUARTER CIRCLE JACKET - $ 14.95 This great jacket sewing pattern is designed with no shoulder pads and has a little extra ease across the back for comfort. There is an optional front pocket and optional lining. The quarter circle quilt blocks can be arranged in an endless variety of designs and we have included the layout for the jacket on the cover. We suggest that the background be one fabric so the circles can take center stage. Purchase fabric for the circles or create from your personal stash. Sizes S-M-L-XL
	MT. FUJI JACKET - $ 14.95 Inspired by the traditional Japanese Kimono, this Wearable Art Jacket Sewing Pattern has a few modifications that make it more practical for everyday wear. The shoulders are slightly dropped so there is freedom of movement in the shoulder and underarm area. The kimono sleeves are slightly smaller around and are shortened just a bit so they won’t get into things when you reach for something. Instead of the traditional band at the neckline, we opted for a gentle jewel-neck which makes it easier to select a blouse to wear underneath the jacket. This jacket can be lined or unlined. Easy pockets are set into a diagonal front seam and are designed in 2 different styles - one is a shaped opening and one is covered with a traditional flap - the flap is sized to lay outside as shown or flip inside the pocket if desired for wearing ease.
